I regularly DJ milongas and practicas in Boston. I occasionally DJ in New York city and I even DJed once at the famous El Beso in Buenos Aires in July 2009.

When I DJ, I try to play music in such way to manage the energy in the room and to keep the dancers … well … dancing. If the room is sleepy, D’Arienzo might be played, if the room is out of control, maybe Fresedo, or Canaro. If the room is too serious, possibly Donato. I generally play Golden Age music.
